Now Software Taps New Talent For NightHawk

COLUMBUS, OHIO  April 5, 2007   Now Software today announced the addition of three new employees to its development and operations departments. The management and development resources will strengthen the company and will help deliver Now Software's next generation product, codenamed "NightHawk".

"With NightHawk, we're not only building a completely new software platform, we're also improving the way we develop software, and how we function as a company," said John Wallace, president of Now Software. "We are excited to have Donn, Mark, and Matthew join the team, and know the knowledge, talents, and skills they bring to the table will help make NightHawk a great product, and Now Software a stronger organization."

Donn Hobson is the new Chief Operating Officer of Now Software. He has over 10 years of upper level management experience, helming the day-to-day operations of companies with up to $35M in sales. Acting primarily as a change agent, he focuses on increasing customer satisfaction, quality, productivity and sales. He has a strong team building approach concentrating on the human element that will help drive the company in its new direction.

Now Software's new VP of Product Management, Mark Gilicinski has held numerous leadership roles in the Internet and Filmed Entertainment industries. He worked for Walt Disney Feature Animation for ten years in various capacities supporting and leading the software development of the internal production system used to make such movies as "The Lion King" and "Tarzan", and has made a significant contribution to over 10 major motion pictures. Most recently Mark was with AOL where he provided marketing operations support for the Netscape Internet Service and led call center operations supporting over one million customers.

Also new to Now Software is User Experience Architect, Matthew Judy. Matthew is responsible for bringing intuitive and award-winning interface design to NightHawk. Since 1994, he has contributed to the development and design of desktop and web applications for software leaders like Apple, Netscape, and AOL. A dedicated NeXT and Apple evangelist, his core philosophies on creating great software are simpleŠ "Empower the user. Don't surprise them, and don't make them ask questions. Above all, bring these three qualities to everything you do: talent, passion, and craftsmanship."

"Along with these new additions to the team, we're also making changes in the way we develop our products," said Wallace. "We're placing an emphasis on new ways of getting customer input and interacting with our customer community. Through developer journals and forums, we want to foster a collaboration with our customers to build the best possible product to meet their needs."
