How do I upgrade from Version 4?
It's easy. You can purchase your upgrade online by clicking
here. You'll need your version 4 serial number to verify
you're eligible for an upgrade. It costs $49.95 and you'll
receive your serial number upon completion of your purchase.

How do I upgrade from Version 3 or earlier?
Upgrades are not available from versions older than version
4. Please purchase a full copy.
How do I upgrade multiple copies?
Call us. 1-800-344-9160 or 614-413-4000. We can issue you
a single serial number for all of your copies. You
can also add new units in this same order and if you purchase
more than 5 new copies you could be eligible for a volume
discount.
Can I try version 5 and go
back to version 4? Back to version 3 or earlier?
Yes for version 4, no for version 3.
Version 5 supports the version 4 format. You can try 5 and go
back to 4 without losing any data. Version 3 uses a different
data format and when you open the files in version 4 or 5
they will be converted to the new format and cannot be opened
in version 3. If you're using version 3 or older we recommend
you backup your data and save a copy before running a demo
of version 5.
I'm a new user. How do I get started?
Read the manual! OK, we know you're not going to do that, but
we had to try. Here's what you really do: install the software,
import your calendar and contacts and try it out. NUDC is
very easy-to-use. Then when you want to learn more you can
read the manual. You can also try our QuickStart
Guide.
Can I use version 5 on my Windows PC?
Version 5 is not available for Windows. You can,
however, use the current Windows version - 4.5.2 - along
with version 5 on the Mac.
I have 10 Mac users and 2 PC users. What do I buy?
You'll need a 10-user Mac version 5 serial number and a 2-user
Windows serial number. And since this is a volume order,
you'll save by calling 1-800-344-9160 or 614-413-4000.
Can I run version 5 and connect to a version 4 server?
Yes. You can also connect version 4 users to a version 5
server.
I still use Mac OS 9. Can I use NUDC?
Yes. You can use version 4.0.3. Call us at 1-800-344-9160

I use NUDC on a desktop and laptop. Do
I need 2 copies?
Yes. You'll need a copy of NUDC for every computer you use
it on.
